Common questions

I can't sign in. Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password, contact us and we'll help you reset it.
My progress didn't save. Progress syncs to your account when you're online. Check your connection and reopen the app; if it persists, email us.
I'm not getting daily reminders. Enable reminders in the app's settings and allow notifications when prompted. You can turn them off anytime.
I want to delete my account. Email us from your account address and we'll delete your account and associated data.
